With wit, humor, and an extensive knowledge of beer, Tim will cover the process of making beer and its botanical components: plants from the grass family such wheat and barley but also the fruits, spices and of course, hops! Julie will cover the styles of beer from wheat to lambics, craft beers, what glasses to use and why the shape matters. We'll share some of our favorites and let you know where to find them.
