Volunteering at the Sale

Volunteer at the Plant Sale and help the Arboretum fulfill its mission of getting great gardening plants in home gardens. Volunteers are needed to help during the set-up week before the sale, break-down of the Plant Sale field after the sale, and during the sale itself. Volunteers can work on particular committees like: woody plants, perennials, houseplants, etc.

Individuals who volunteer for three or more hours at the Plant Sale receive a plant sale voucher to be used at the end of the sale on Sunday, Sept.18 from 2 to 3 pm. To learn more or to volunteer contact the Scott Arboretum offices at 610-328-8025 or scott@swarthmore.edu.
