Garden Grooving Family Yoga Class
September 25 @ 11:00 am - 11:45 amCanceled
Attention families! Join Mandie Curtis Banks for moving, grooving, and mindfulness all while exploring our big and beautiful planet. Yoga and nature inspired stories, poses, games, songs, and mindful meditations will allow our littlest yogis to reap the numerous benefits of a yoga practice all while becoming stewards of the earth. This class is designed for children ages 4 – 8 years old. Babies and toddlers are also welcome to join if a caregiver is registered and participates. It’s a yoga class the whole family can enjoy together!
All classes will be held outdoors if weather permits. In case of severe weather, a virtual option will be offered through Zoom. COVID safety protocols for physical distancing will be in place. Masks for participants over 2 years old are strongly encouraged.
Prefer to join in on the fun virtually? Mandie will be recording Garden Grooving classes that are perfect to enjoy whenever it is convenient for your family in the comfort of your home. Click on the link below to view recorded sessions of family fun! No need to register to enjoy the recordings.
