Open to all ages\, this guided exploration will introduce you to plants thriving in our local ecosystem. \nDuring this hike\, you’ll learn to identify seasonal wild foods\, discover their traditional uses\, and gain a deeper appreciation for the natural abundance around us. Whether you’re a seasoned forager or a curious beginner\, this immersive walk offers a unique way to connect with nature and the changing landscape of summer. \nAccessibility  \n\nThis program is not wheelchair or stroller accessible.\nParticipants must be able to hike on unpaved\, hilly surfaces for about 2 miles\, with exposed roots and rocks. \nEmail us if you have other accessibility needs for this program.\n\nRegister Now \nProgram Details \n\nThis members-only event is free\, but registration is encouraged to receive program updates. \nThis hike will depart from Matchbox. \nVisitor Parking is available in Field House Parking along Field House Lane using Swarthmore College’s South Entrance. We recommend this hike for adults and children ages 5 and up.
