Virtual Garden Grooving Class

Attention all little yogis! This week we will be celebrating Go Public Gardens. Join Mandie Curtis Banks for moving, grooving, and mindfulness all while exploring our big and beautiful planet. Yoga and nature inspired stories, poses, games, songs, and mindful meditations will allow our littlest yogis to reap the numerous benefits of a yoga practice all while learning to become stewards of our earth. This virtual class is designed for children ages 3-6 years old.
The class is free, but registration is required.
Mandie Curtis Banks is the Education Programs and Events Assistant as well as a youth and wellness educator at the Scott Arboretum. She has had a career in the arts, education, and wellness fields for over 23 years. Mandie holds a B.A. in Theatre from West Chester University, an Elementary Education Teaching Certificate from Moravian College, and yoga teacher certifications in Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Kids Yoga.
