The Plant Dr. Is In

This program offers virtual plant healthcare advice to the College community, primarily to students. The clinic style of the event allows attendees to ask questions and share concerns about their houseplants with a plant care expert.

Art In Nature

This annual contest is offered to all fulltime Swarthmore students to submit their unpublished art. Scott Arboretum & Gardens partners with the Swarthmore Art Department and the Office of Student Engagement to hold this contest to find the artwork that best captures the spirit and essence of the Arboretum and Swarthmore’s natural surroundings, including the gardens and Crum Woods.

Crum Woods

The Crum Woods Stewardship Committee (CWSC) supports and promotes the ecologically sound restoration of our campus woods. Biannual large scale planting and maintenance events are held in support of our woods. Learn more.
