The Scott Arboretum cultivates a variety of plants that create some of the region’s most intimate, authentic, and accessible horticultural experiences.
Dawn redwoods, Metasequoia glyptostroboides, run the length of the walkway between the Lang Performing Arts Center and Kohlberg Hall. They are underplanted with a mix of white-flowering and white-fruiting, shade-tolerant plants, including hydrangeas, anemones, hostas, and beautyberries.
