Swarthmore College Student Workers

Student workers are encouraged to apply for paid work through the Campus Engagement Coordinator (CEC).   Varied duties teach the basics of horticulture in nature and other holistic practices around campus.

• During Semester – In the fall and spring terms, students are encouraged to work with the CEC on projects that promote engagement with nature and self-care.
• Summer – Our summer student worker program offers full-time paid opportunities for Swarthmore students to learn more about horticulture and its practices.
