Rudbeckia nitida ‘Herbstsonne’ is one of several coneflowers growing in the Nason Garden. Sturdy stems support numerous yellow flowers. Ginkgo biloba ‘Saratoga’ is a male cultivar with a distinct central leader. ‘Saratoga’ produces deeply lobed foliage which turns a vibrant golden-yellow in the autumn. Two espalied specimens are growing against the northern wall of Parrish Hall. Photo credit: J. Coceano
