Celebrate one of summer’s most prized flowers with a free event for the whole family:

- Learn about roses with tours from Arboretum experts
- Collect a free rose plant for your garden (one per family)
- Taste rose-inspired bites and beverages
- Picnic while listening to live music
- Play lawn games amid the scent of roses
- Create rose artwork
- Complete your Rose Passport as you experience the world of roses
You can also purchase dinner at our food truck (please bring cash or credit).
Program Details
- Bring your own picnic blanket and/or chairs to enjoy the ambiance.
- This event is rain or shine.
- Free parking is available at the Whittier Parking Lot. Follow Arboretum logo signs to the Trotter Tent.
