Enjoy the serene beauty of Appleford Estate in Villanova during private guided tours of the gardens and house. The gardens of this 24-acre estate were designed by acclaimed Philadelphia landscape architect Thomas Sears, who also designed the Scott Outdoor Amphitheater. You will experience a series of lush formal gardens, brick walkways, and rhododendron tracts, set off by a stream, pond, and waterfall. While inside, don’t forget to experience the garden from the windows; each vista holds an air of enchantment and distinguished charm.
