School’s Out: Spring Break – Mindful Monday

Children ages 18 months to 12 years old are invited to attend Mindful Monday with their favorite caregiver. Children are invited to participate in a yoga session led by Rachel Warren, followed by a mindfulness activity. Children will learn mindfulness strategies to help them calm their breathing. Please bring a towel or yoga mat. Yoga will be in the garden weather permitting.
School’s Out: Spring Break
Come to the Scott Arboretum during Spring Break for a week of exciting nature-themed days. Try out yoga in the garden on Monday, take a trek through the Crum Woods on Tuesday, and learn about local wildlife on Wednesday. Discover steps to take better care of the earth on Sustainability Thursday and embrace your flower power on Flower Friday. This series is free, but registration is required. Please register for each event.
